Enjoy the spectacular ronqueo of a Balfegó bluefin tuna weighing over 300 kg, an ancestral ritual commented by an expert. After this demonstration, you can enjoy a cocktail tasting of canapés in front of the sea with proposals such as cured tuna ham, croquettes with smoked bacon, meatballs, porra con ijada, escabeches and more, while a live flamenco show puts the finishing touch to the evening.
